OUR LEGACY

Much like the iconic three-arch entry to the library, Planned Giving creates stability for the Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library Foundation. Your gift to the Arch Society perpetuates the Foundation's mission for generations of life-long learners.

The Arch Society honors the legacy of three women with a passion for literacy and for the community became the keystone of the Foundation:  Lora Hussey, Olive Hoffman, and Mary Mayfield. The Arch Society honors their legacy and their bequests that became the keystone of the Foundation. The HMMPL Foundation was created in 1999 thanks to their bequests. In just over 20 years, the HMMPL Foundation has awarded more than $1,000,000 in grants to the Library.

 

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE ARCH SOCIETY

Discuss what method of Planned Giving suits your needs with your financial advisor or accountant and how you can save on taxes by giving to the HMMPL Foundation through:
